Car lockouts

Locked your keys in the car, or lost them altogether? Tell us the vehicle year, make and model and where it's parked. If the keys are lost, we can discuss key replacement as part of our automotive service.

House and apartment lockouts

For home lockouts we'll ask for your address and door type, and we'll need proof that you live there or are authorized to enter before opening the door. If you rent, your landlord or property manager may also be able to help.

Business lockouts

For storefronts and offices we confirm the person requesting entry is an owner, manager or authorized contact. Let us know who will meet the technician and any building access details.

Confirm the visit and authorize the work

Tell us whether you need entry only, key replacement or repair as well. Ask what the service call or travel, labor, hardware, keys and applicable tax or other charges include. Confirm the proposed work and itemized total before giving approval.

Some problems need an on-site assessment. If inspection changes the scope, ask for a revised total before authorizing additional work. Arrival estimates depend on current availability and the job; phone us for an updated estimate if circumstances change while you wait.

Staying safe while you wait

• If you feel unsafe, a child or pet is locked in a vehicle, or there's a medical emergency, call 911 first.
• Wait in a well-lit, safe spot and keep your phone charged.
• Avoid forcing doors or windows — it can cause injury and more expensive damage.
• Only let in a technician you've spoken with, and ask for the quote before work begins.
