    What these messages are for

    Fast Fix Locksmith may send individual customer-service text messages about a locksmith job you have requested. This includes responding to your questions, following up on a quote, scheduling, arrival updates and coordinating the service. We do not send promotional, marketing or bulk text messages.

    Opting in

    Text messaging is optional. You receive these messages only after you opt in to receive texts from Fast Fix Locksmith about your request. You do not need to agree to text messages to receive service; you can always call us instead.

    Message frequency and cost

    Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

    Opting out and getting help

    • Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you opt out, we will not send further texts unless you opt in again.
    • Reply HELP for help.

    Carriers

    Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
